The main purpose of sludge thickening is to reduce the amount of water from the sewage sludge.

In the JRS Silvateam Ingredients S.r.l. we have installed, among others, a sludge conditioning and thickening station, consisting of an ANDRITZ, rotating drum dynamic thickener, served as a FeederPoly polyelectrolyte preparation station, designed and built by AGquadro Engineering and a NETZSCH Pumps & Systems Pumps & Systems single screw pump for the relaunch of pre and post-thickened sludge.
