
AGquadro was founded in 2013 and from the very beginning tried to distinguish itself from other consulting firms aiming towards specialization.
“Nothing is done just for the sake of doing; it is done only if it is done well” this was the initial motto and today it is more than ever.
Over the years the company has integrated into its young team the current Technical Director Filippo Maida, with over twenty-five years of experience in the wastewater purification sector with specific functions as head of designing, building and management of plants with a capacity of up to 280,000 inhabitants equivalent.
The AGquadro company mainly deals with the purification of waste water and everything that embraces this theme starting from feasibility studies, through all the different design levels, also incorporating the drafting of technical / economic documents for participation in design tenders and / or works related to the treatment of civil or industrial waste water and sewer works, up to the complete realization of the works and management of what has been achieved, following the customer in every need.
To date, the company is made up of a young team of collaborators (engineers, surveyors, geologists) and multidisciplinary figures engaged in the field and constantly updated.

The Team

Filippo Maida
CEO and founder of AGquadro
Hydraulic Engineer for over 25 years in the industrial and civil wastewater purification sector.
He has designed facilities worth over 16 million euros and implemented constructions for a value of over 60 million euros, he has been in charge as technical director, for more than a decade, of a purification platform for urban wastewater and treatment of liquid waste with the potential to serve approximately 280,000 inhabitants.
He collaborates with the most important engineering firms and provides consultancy for various national construction companies as well as private operators of plants serving urban or industrial conglomerates.
He has gained significant experience in the treatment and optimization of the sludge line aimed at containing management costs.

Angelo Antonio Verre
Project Manager
A Graduate in Chemical Engineering, he has been involved in resolving various aspects related to treatment of both civil and industrial waste waters for over 10 years.
Engaged in the design of new plants and in the evaluation of existing ones, he has deepened his knowledge of the most innovative technologies such as MBR, MBBR, IFAS and Alternating aeration cycles.
Experienced in the use of one the main softwares in the field (BioWin by EnvroSim, Mike - West by DHI).
Today and in previous experiences, he has been assigned as project manager for several revamping and expansion projects for small to medium plants.
Orientated in tackling environmental problems, he is engaged in the development and research of new technologies aimed at the dehydration of sewage sludge such as solar greenhouses.

Maria Grazia Minutello
Environmental engineer
Engineer for the Environment and the Territory, she currently holds the role of technical-administrative consultant of the company.
She takes care of the procedures related to safety on construction sites, tenders and the management of the technical and administrative documentation of a contract.
Specifically, she collaborates in coordinating the design and work orders relating to the purification plants for civil and industrial wastewater, from the input phase of the input data to the drafting of the technical documents up to the final delivery to the customer.

Giovanni Guarascio
Technician and assistant consultant.
Civil Engineer specialized in Hydraulic Engineering.
For years he has been dealing with issues relating mainly to the field of hydraulic modeling.
Reference designer for the modeling and verification of pressure networks, free surface and urban drainage systems in general.
Currently he also holds the role of responsible for drafting and editing of project documents and as built in compliance with the requirements of the client and according to the quality standards sought and requested by the company.

Gianmarco Scarcello
BIM contact person, designer and technical collaborator.
Graduating in civil engineering, he is an expert in public and private procurement in the field of water networks and purification.
He has experience in the design of buildings with self-supporting systems for public and residential buildings.
BIM figure of reference of the company.
He manages and coordinates the accounting of the works, detects the state of affairs of the purification plants subject to revamping, elaborates the relative graphic tables.
In addition, he supervises and coordinates the construction sites of which the company is General Contractor.
